Book of the Week: I Am the Dog

Summary:

Is being a dog better than being a kid? This is the question Jacob contemplates one evening. He decides to find the answer, and trades places with his loving companion dog, Max. The next day Jacob does only dog things, sleeping on a rug, playing fetch, eating dog food. Max, in turn eats breakfast with the family (at the table), attends school and has to do homework. Geared toward ages K-2 you will love the creativity behind this story. You will also find out is it better to be a dog or a boy.
