Shining Stars Linky

What can we say? We love Teachers Pay Teachers, and this summer have also grown to love Linky Parties. The SLPrunner brought our two summer favorites together for the TPT Back-to-School Boost sale. Our store will be on sale just in case you missed out on our Sale on August 4th. Here are some great finds our 2Speakright TPT store has and why we love them.

Rolling for Robots: Research based, Common Core Aligned and so much fun for students. Rolling for Robots activity includes 180 auditory memory cards that can be tailored to each student's needs. The activity is geared for students in grades 3-8. Also included are five colored robot game boards, 25 colored robot cards (5 each of color: yellow, gray red, purple, and green), 90 Level 1 stimulus cards, and 90 Level 2 stimulus cards. Students roll the die and race to gather all of their robots! Easy assembly and so far this August, Rolling for Robots has been the most requested game with our language students.
Ant Attack! another fun auditory memory game was created as a way to improve auditory memory skills for students in grades 2-7. Included in this activity are 144 stimulus cards which include 24 each of the following: number recall forward, number recall backward, object recall forward, object recall backward, action recall forward, and action recall backward; 16 Ant Attack! cards; 18 colored food pieces; and 1 placemat. The object of the game is to collect one of each colored food piece to add to the placemat, but watch out! The ants may either add to your food or take away from your food!

Pete the Cat: I Love My White Shoes: These extension activities for the Pete the Cat I Love My White Shoes by Eric Litwin are designed for Pre-K through second grade. There are 10 downloadable activities that are aligned to the common core. Activities include: COLOR-WORD MATCH, SYLLABLE SORT, DESCRIBING, COMPARE and CONTRAST, SEQUENCING, SPENDING A DAY AS PETE, CAUSE and EFFECT FOLLOWING DIRECTIONS and a CATEGORY GAME. Great for the first weeks of school when everyone has new white shoes!
The Back-to-School Activity Bundle: has four great activities, making planning for your first week back, easy and fun. Our favorite activity in this bundle is the School-Wide Treasure Hunt. It incorporates technology and back to school with 9 audio QR codes; 1 activity sheet; Place QR codes throughout your building and have students figure out the clues to the next destination. Three other activities make it easy for back to school sharing about summer activities. Pack is SLP tested and kid approved fun!
